FAQ: “One year seems a long time, can I join just for 3 months?”

This 1-Year membership is designed to support you to create a lifelong growth practice, and to transform the way you experience it. I vision spaciousness for you with that process, and also an opportunity to receive support with it in a longer timeframe. You can join for 7 months first (with an opportunity to upgrade to full year later)

FAQ: “The membership sounds amazing, I just feel like I don’t have time.”

“If there is a will, there is a way” they say. Sometimes having “no time” is (just) a habit / belief we get familiar with. Bring awareness to how you feel, if you’d believe you HAVE time for this? Because… This is what the time is for!

FAQ: I’m not really spiritual, but I do resonate with what you share… Could I still join the membership?”

Yes, definitely! You know… For a long time, I didn’t consider myself spiritual either, and I’m still pretty down-the-earth-kind-of-yogi. I would invite you to explore what feels good & guided for you. How I see it, if Inner Alchemy work resonates, we are a match!

Welcome, Yoga Off the mat is a journey through you, with you and to you! You’ll be so happy you started. If the word Yoga doesn’t feel right for you, you could also call it self knowledge & connection to yourself (and others)

FAQ: “I have purchased online courses before, but never finish them. How would this be different?”

That’s a good question, and something to meditate on. Strengthening the commitment to oneself is one of the main themes throughout the year, and we’ll pay attention and maneuver different forms of it (procrastination, avoidance). Definitely inside the membership you’ll be supported to change.
